The fine print

The parts support gets asked about.

How tiers and movement work

Your tier reflects your eligible spend over the recent past — cancelled, returned and refunded amounts don't count. You move up the moment your spend crosses a threshold; downgrades are gentler, with a grace period, and you never drop more than one level at a review.

What counts toward earning

Product value after discounts. Points are credited when your payment is captured. If an order is cancelled or refunded, its Points are taken back.

Value and limits

1 Point = $1 at stickytier-demo. They're yours, but they only live here — no cash-outs or transfers.

At checkout

Apply your Points when you pay and the discount comes off immediately. It stacks with eligible offers unless a coupon says otherwise.

Ready when you are

Your next order could pay for a bit of the one after.
